Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping options based on your order value. Here are the details for each market:

1. German Market 

  • Orders under €11.99: Cost - €1.99 - €5,99 (Standard Shipping)
  • Orders from €12.00 - €29.99: Cost - €1.00 - €11,99  (Silver Shipping)
  • Orders over €30.00: Cost - FREE - €17,99  (Gold Shipping)

2. EU Market (EU member states)

  • Orders under €11.99: Cost - €1.99 (Standard Shipping)
  • Orders from €12.00 - €29.99: Cost - €1.00 (Silver Shipping)
  • Orders over €30.00: Cost - FREE (Gold Shipping)

3. Non-EU Countries Market (Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States)

  • Orders under €11.99: Cost - €1.99 (Standard Shipping)
  • Orders from €12.00 - €29.99: Cost - €1.00 (Silver Shipping)
  • Orders over €30.00: Cost - FREE (Gold Shipping)

Each shipping option provides a cost-effective choice based on order value, ensuring flexibility and efficiency for all customers.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) will be made within 3-31 working days. For international deliveries, it will be within 9-60 working days from the conclusion of the contract (or from the date of payment if advance payment was agreed). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will send the items together in one delivery unless agreed otherwise. The delivery date for the entire order will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Further Details on Payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit collection date. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
